Bamboo shoots and broad beans have recently become regulars on my dining table. These two ingredients are truly delicious no matter how you cook them. That's the charm of seasonal ingredients. Today, I decided to use them to make a pot of braised rice, combined with pickled mustard greens. It's really delicious. I can't help but admire the beauty of spring!
春天的春笋和蚕豆最近成了我餐桌的常客,这两种食材真的是随便做都好吃,这就是应季食材的魅力所在,今天索性用它们做了一锅焖饭,配合了雪菜真的太好吃了,真感叹不负春光!
Ingredients/食材:
雷笋 3根 Three Bamboo Shoots
蚕豆 200g Broad Beans
原味雪菜 50g Pickled Mustard Green
胡萝卜 半根 Half Carrot
香菇 3朵 Three Shiitake Mushrooms
干香菇 2朵 Two Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
大米 1.5杯 1.5 Cups of Rice
调味料/Seasonings:
酱油 1大勺 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
老抽 1小勺 1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
香油 1小勺 2 Tsp Sesame Oil
盐巴 适量 Salt
泡香菇的水 400ml Water that Soaked Mushrooms
Tips:
1.The amount of water should be slightly lower than the surface of the ingredients.
因为里面加有食材,所以水量一定要略低于食材表面
2.The rice must be soaked for at least 30 minutes in advance, otherwise it may remain uncooked.
大米一定要用提前浸泡30分钟以上,否则容易夹生
