今天做了美味的日式土豆沙拉,素食做法去掉了火腿改用素食界的明星食物---藜麥,還記得上一篇文章發的無油豆腐美乃滋嗎 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRmeMo1dJp8&t ,今天用上了它,比起市面上的高熱量美乃滋,這款豆腐美乃滋既好吃又健康,真是一舉兩得。
Today I made a delicious Japanese-style potato salad. This vegan salad uses quinoa instead of ham. Do you remember the oil-free tofu mayonnaise in the previous video? I used it today. Different from the high-calorie mayonnaise on the market, this tofu mayonnaise is delicious and healthy. It really kills two birds with one stone.
Ingredients/材料:
土豆 400g 400g potatoes
胡蘿蔔 50g Carrot 50g
黃瓜 50g Cucumber 50g
蘑菇 兩朵 Two mushrooms
熟藜麥 三大匙 Three spoons of cooked quinoa
牛油果 半個 Half avocado
調味料/Seasoning::
豆腐美乃滋 4大匙 4 tablespoons of tofu mayonnaise
糙米醋 一小匙 A teaspoon of brown rice vinegar
楓糖漿或其它甜味劑 一小匙 A teaspoon of maple syrup or other sweetener
海鹽 ½小匙 Sea salt ½ tsp
黑胡椒 適量 Black pepper to taste
白胡椒粉適量 White pepper to taste
(黑胡椒香味更濃;白胡椒氣味比較淡,味道溫和,加入菜餚中有提鮮的作用,兩者可搭配使用)
(Black pepper has a stronger scent; white pepper has a lighter and a mild taste. It can be added to dishes to increase flavor. The two can be used together)
