饼底/Cake bottom:
生巴旦木 125g Raw almond
椰枣 60g Date
椰子油 30g Coconut oil
玫瑰盐 ½小匙 Salt ½ tsp
香草精华 ½小匙 Vanilla extract ½ tsp
燕麦 20g Oats
椰蓉 20g Shredded coconut
巧克力夹心/Chocolate filling:
黑巧克力99% 60g 99% Dark chocolate
熟透香蕉 50g Ripe banana
淡椰浆 70g Light coconut milk
馅料/Filling:
烤南瓜泥135g Roasted pumpkin puree
生腰果 50g Raw cashew
椰枣 35g Dates
香草精华 ½小匙 Vanilla extract ½ tsp
玉米淀粉10g Corn starch
琼脂粉 一小匙 1 Tsp Agar powder
淡椰浆 250g Light coconut milk
顶部/Topping:
黑巧克力液 Liquid dark chocolate
原味椰子脆片 Coconut chips
肉桂粉 Cinnamon powder
可可粉 Cocoa powder
