夏天太热了有时候就不想开火做饭,今天分享两道不用开火的懒人料理,特别适合夏天,注意,都是非常下饭的哦,请多煮点米饭。哦,对了,最近玉米上市了,我喜欢把它煮在米饭里,试试,它真的很棒!

Ingredients/材料:

●椰香玉米饭
●Coconut Corn Rice
玉米、大米、白藜麦、椰子油
Corn, rice, white quinoa, coconut oil

●焗烤豆腐 Grilled Tofu
内酯豆腐 一盒、金针菇 一把、小米辣 2个 、香菜 适量、葱花 适量
A box of silken tofu, a handful of enoki mushrooms, 2 tabasco pepper, coriander, and green onion to your taste
调味料:生抽两大匙、香菇蚝油 一大匙、蒜末 适量、油辣子 1,5大匙、香油 一小匙、赤砂糖½小匙、水 两大匙、(胡椒粉、孜然粉、花椒粉各四分之一小匙)
Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vegan oyster sauce, some minced garlic, 1,5 tablespoons of chili pepper oil, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, ½ tablespoon of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of water, 1/4 Tsp of black pepper powder, 1/4 Tsp of cumin powder, 1/4 Tsp of szechuan pepper powder

●仔姜味噌拌黄瓜
●Cucumber Salad with Miso and Young Ginger
仔姜 25g、黄瓜 一条、甜椒 半个
25g young ginger, one cucumber, half bell pepper
调味料:生抽 一大匙、白味噌 1.5大匙、米醋 两小匙、赤砂糖 两小匙、花椒油 ¼小匙、辣椒油 一小匙
Seasoning: 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoons white miso, 2 teaspoons rice vinegar, 2 teaspoons red brown, ¼ teaspoon szechuan pepper oil, 1 teaspoon chili oil
