
「素食」懒人家常凉面,我可以吃一个夏天!|【Vegan】Noodle Salad With Best Ever Peanut Sauce
Ingredients/材料:
挂面 一把 Noodles
黄瓜 一段 Cucumber
胡萝卜 一段 Carrot
豆芽 一把 Bean Sprouts
老豆腐 一块 Firm Tofu
香菜 一株 Coriander
花生碎 适量 Chopped Peanuts
酥黄豆 适量(可选)Crispy soybeans (optional)
调味料/Seasonings:
花生酱 一小匙 1 Tsp Peanut Butter
芝麻酱 一小匙 1 Tsp Sesame Sauce (Tahini)
生抽 1.5大匙 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
香醋 一小匙 1 Tsp ChinKiang Vinegar
赤砂糖 2小匙 2 Tsp Brown Sugar
花椒面 ½小匙 1/2 Tsp Sichuan Pepper Powder
香油 两大匙 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
辣椒油 1.5大匙 1.5 Tbsp Chili Oil
Tips:
Be careful not to overcook the noodles. Mixed with sesame oil after taking the noodles out to prevent sticking. Use fan to cool them down as needed.
注意面条不要煮全熟,偏硬就取出否则会成团。出锅后要立即用香油拌匀才不会粘连,用扇子扇凉是为了快速降温。
