Jiaobai(Zizania latifolia) is the stem of a wetland plant, which has a very sweet taste. Since it looks like a bamboo shoot, it is also called Gaosun (Meaning high bamboo shoot). This time, I used stir-fry to make this dish. It is simple and easy to handle. If you have a chance, give it a try.

📒Ingredients/材料:
茭白 350g Jiao bai
生姜 几片 Several Slice Ginger
📒调味料/Seasonings:
生抽 1.5大匙 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
老抽 1小匙 1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
糖 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Sugar
海盐适量 Salt
Tips:
Stir-fry it to gold. for even better taste.
