
「素食」菠菜这样做,不好吃都难 |【Vegan】Spinach & Walnut Salad
Spinach is my favorite vegetable. It is tender and sweet in this season. My favorite method to cook is of course salad.
菠菜真的是我非常喜欢的蔬菜了,菠菜一年可以吃两季,春菠和秋菠,刚好立冬那会菠菜是又嫩又甜,最喜欢的做法当然是凉拌。
If possible, you can add raw walnut and mix it together for more delicious and complex taste. Walnuts contain a lot of natural oil and fat, as well as rich protein. Mixed with spinach is nutritious and delicious!
有条件可以加入生核桃仁一起拌味道更美味了,天凉了非常适合补充一些油脂的脂肪,而核桃含有大量的天然的油脂脂肪,还有丰富的蛋白质,拌上菠菜营养又美味!
📒Ingredients/食材:
菠菜 250 g Spinach
生核桃 4个 4 Raw Walnut
熟芝麻 1大匙 1 Tbsp Cooked Sesames
小米辣 2个 2 Tabasco Pepper
📒调味料/Seasonings:
生抽1小匙 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
香油2小匙 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
海盐 适量 Sea Salt
糙米醋1小匙 1Tsp Brown Rice Vinegar
赤砂糖1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar
油辣子2小匙(可选)1 Tsp Chili Oil (Optional)
📒Tips:
1.Make sure to boil it in water first
菠菜一定要焯水去掉草酸
2.Squeeze out the water
焯水后稍微挤干水分就可以,需要保留一些水分
3.Do not cool it in water. It will affect the spinach flavor. Spread it and cool with fan
焯水后不要过凉水,洗掉之后会影响菠菜原有的味道,但要立即摊开用扇子扇凉即可
