这期视频主题是:制作燕麦奶,其实燕麦奶有很多小细节,不注意的话就不容易成功,今天就超级详细的给大家分享,希望人人都能在家做出好喝的燕麦奶,其实市面上也有卖,但是价格比较贵,长期购买也不太经济实惠,自己做的还无添加,更健康,主要是你按照这个方法制作味道一样很美味。
In this video, I will teach you how to make oat milk at home. In fact, there are many aspects that need to be noted.

Ingredients/材料:
快熟燕麦 一杯(一杯=250ml) 1 Cup Quick Oats
纯净水 两杯 2 Cups Purified Water
香草精 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
海盐 一小撮 1 Pinch Sea Salt
枫糖浆 一小匙 1 Tsp Maple Syrup

需要注意的几点,最重要哦!敲黑板!!
Some points need to be noted

1.要用冰水搅拌,因为搅拌机高速运行会产生热量,从而使得燕麦变得粘稠。
Use ice water when blend, because the blender will generate heat which make the oat sticky.
2.要用快熟燕麦或是传统燕麦,它们保留更多纤维,即食燕麦加工过度太薄,搅打容易变得粘稠难以过滤。
Use quick oat or tradition oat.
3.纱布选择密度适中的,太细无法过滤燕麦奶,太粗会有太多杂质。
Use cheese cloth with moderate density
4.搅拌时间:时间不能太久,我用破壁机18秒刚刚好,如果是普通料理机转速不够的话可以适当延长时间,自己看一下程度,打好不是糊糊,而带有细小颗粒。
I used a powerful blender, so I only pressed for 18 seconds, if your blender is not powerful enough, try to blend for longer time.
5.不要学我直接喝哦,如果你觉得太凉可以加入锅中开最小火不停搅拌加热到体温,千万不要超过38度,不然就变成燕麦粥了!!
If you feel it's too cold, you can add it to the pot on the lowest heat and keep stirring and heating to warm. Don't exceed 38 degrees C, otherwise it will become oatmeal!!
关于保存:打好的燕麦奶装入消毒的罐子放入冰箱冷藏,3天内喝完,放置时会沉淀,不用担心,摇一摇就好。
Preservation: Put the oat milk into a sterilized jar and put it in the refrigerator. Drink it within 3 days. Shake well before drink.
燕麦渣处理:可以加入面粉中做杂粮馒头,做煎饼,做面包,蛋糕都可以发挥哈。
Oatmeal dregs: you can add them to flour to make multigrain buns, pancakes, bread, and cakes.
