菠菜的品种很多,其中莺歌红头菠菜最好吃涩味最少,挑选时颜色越红越新鲜,这时候是最好吃的时候,这个凉拌小菜虽不起眼,但耐心处理只配一碗糙米饭就吃的津津有味,满足味蕾真的可以很简单,搭配两朵香菇增加醇厚感。
Ingredients/材料:
红头菠菜一把 Spinach
香菇两朵 Two Mushroom
调味料/Seasoning:
香油 一大匙 1Tbsp Sesame Oil
生抽 一小匙 1Tsp Soy Sauce
糙米醋 一小匙 1Tsp Brown Rice Vinegar
花椒油 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Sichuan Pepper Oil
原糖 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Raw Sugar
辣椒油 一小匙 1/2 Tsp Chili Oil
熟芝麻 一大匙 1 Tbsp Sesame
现磨白胡椒 适量 Freshly Grounded White Pepper
海盐 适量 Sea salt
