油菜苔或荠菜 一把 Choy Sum
软豆干 一块 Ddougan (Dried Bean Curd)
生姜 8g Ginger
调味料/Seasonings:
海盐 适量 Salt
赤砂糖 ½小匙 ½ Tsp Brown Sugar
生抽 一小匙 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
香油 一小匙 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
