懒人焖饭是上班族非常喜爱的一道美食了,因为它制作起来真的很快,然后各种蔬菜搭配营养又均衡,实属是懒人的福音,通常的懒人焖饭都加了肉,其实素食均衡搭配完全可以满足营养需求。
This dish is easy to prepare. Most bibimbap has a meat in it. Today, I made a vegan version of it. In fact, a balanced combination of vegetarian food can fully meet the nutritional needs.

Ingredients/材料:
豌豆或者其他豆类 Peas or Other Beans
胡萝卜 Carrot
板栗南瓜 Pumpkin
刀豆 Sword Bean
香菇 Mushroom
娃娃菜 Napa Cabbage
黑木耳 Woodear Mushroom

调味料/Seasonings:
生姜 10g Ginger
香菇蚝油 一小匙 1Tsp Vegan Oyster Sauce
生抽 一大匙 1Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
老抽 ½小匙 1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce
赤砂糖 一小匙 1/2 Brown Sugar
胡椒粉 ½ 小匙 1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
香油 三大匙 3 Tbsp Sesame Oil
海盐 适量 Sea Salt

TIPS:
可以用电饭锅、砂锅、铸铁锅都可以,根据自己喜好来
