Ingredients/材料:

糯米1500g(分成两份做咸甜两种)、粽叶80-90张(可做约40-50个)
1500g Glutinous Rice (Divided Into Two Parts for Two Flavors), 80-90 Pieces of Leaves for Making Zongzi (Can Make Roughly 40-50 Zongzo)

梅干菜香菇栗子粽/Meigan Cai, Shiitake Mushroom, Chestnut Flavor:
三色藜麦 100g Tri-Color Quinoa
脱皮栗子 180g Chestnuts
熟鹰嘴豆 200g Cooked Chickpeas
梅干菜 80g Meigan Cai
香菇 8朵(160g)8 Shiitake Mushrooms
姜末 15g Minced Ginger

调味料/Seasoning:
红糖 1大匙 1Tbsp Brown Sugar
生抽 2大匙 2Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
老抽 1小匙 1Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
香菇蚝油 2大匙 2Tbsp Mushroom Oyster Sauce
海盐 适量 Sea Salt

椰枣紫米花生粽/Date, Purple Rice, and Peanuts Flavor :
椰枣或蜜枣 适量 Some Dates
红花生 150g Red Peanuts
红糖 适量 Brown Sugar
紫糯米或者红豆 Purple Glutinous Rice, or Red Beans
