
「素食」春天必吃的炒饭:菜苔紫菜炒饭,不好吃来找我!|【Vegan】Rapini & Nori Fried Rice
Yesterday I went to pick some rapini. In addition to simply stir-fry it, this vegetable also pairs very well with fried rice. I added a small piece of nori, which really filled the plate!昨天去外婆那里摘了一些油菜苔,第一次接触油菜苔就很惊讶,这菜怎么这么清甜美味,从此外婆便每年都种这个菜,这菜除了简单的清炒用来炒饭也非常好吃,特别建议加一小片烘干的紫菜,真的能吃满满一盘儿!
Ingredients/食材:
油菜苔 1小把 One Small Handful of Rapini
胡萝卜 半根 Half Carrot
香菇 2朵 Two Shiitake Mushrooms
紫菜 小半块 Half Small Nori
老豆腐 120g Firm Tofu
调味料/Seasonings:
生抽1小勺 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
香油 1小勺 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
盐巴 适量 Salt
姜黄粉 1/2小勺 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Tips:
米饭最好选择偏硬的饭或者隔夜饭会更香
Hard rice or rice cooked overnight will be more delicious.
