It's getting cold lately, and it's the season to eat cabbage. I usually use cabbage heart to make soup base. It's sweet. Remember the sauce I made three days ago. It can also be used for rice noodles. I added mushroom sauce to it, and it brought the dish to the next level.
天凉了,又到了吃大白菜的季节,我特别喜欢用白菜心熬汤底,即使不用高汤也非常鲜甜,还记得上期做的豌杂面里面的炸酱吗,除了拌面还可以用它煮米粉,我多加了些香菇酱味道更棒,当然煮面条也很好吃的哦!
Ingredients/材料:
米粉 100g Rice Noodles
大白菜心 半个 Half Cabbage
千张 1块 One Piece of Tofu Skin
香菇 1朵 One Shiitake Mushroom
胡萝卜 50g Carrot
生姜 4片 4 Slices Ginger
香菜 1棵 One Coriander
小米辣 1个 One Tabasco Pepper
调味料/Seasonings:
生抽 1大匙 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
胡椒粉 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
海盐 适量 Salt
香菇酱 1大匙 1 Tbsp Mushroom Sauce
素炸酱 3大匙 3 Tbsp Vegetarian Fried Sauce
香油 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Sesame Oil
花椒油 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Sichuan Peppercorn Oil
