It's stew time! This quick and delicious Doenjang-jjigae is a good choice if you don't want to spend too much time on cooking, especially after a long day of work.
最近还是喜欢带汤汤水水的菜,如果下班后不知道做什么就选择这道大酱汤吧,真的简单又快速,而且汤汁泡饭特别好吃,一定要试一试

Ingredients/材料:
西葫芦1/3段 1/3 Zucchini
老豆腐 120g Firm Tofu
山药或者土豆 150g Yam or Potato
口蘑 2个 Two Mushroom
平菇1朵 One Oyster Mushroom
卷心菜芯 半个 Half Cabbage Core
黄豆芽 1小把 One Handful of Soybean Sprout
青辣椒 1个 One Green Pepper
香菜 1株 One Coriander

调味料/Seasonings:
韩式大酱 2大匙 2 Tbsp Doenjang (Korean Soybean Paste)
辣酱 1小匙 1 Tsp Gochujang
延边粗辣椒面 1小匙 1 Tsp Crushed Chili Pepper
熟芝麻 1小匙 1Tsp Cooked Sesame
松茸粉 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Matsutake Powder
