
「素食」天气冷了,喝碗汤吧,下班一人食:三鲜菌菇汤,还有好吃的酸萝卜烤苕皮 |【Vegan】Tri-Mushroom Tofu Soup
This tri-mushroom soup is rich in flavor. Mushrooms pair pretty well with red lentils. It is heart warming to have a bowl of soup, especially under the cold weather. I also paired it with grilled shaopi. A satisfying dinner is done!
三鲜菌菇汤用红扁豆也能非常浓郁鲜美,天冷了喝上一碗胃暖暖的很舒服,我特别喜欢搭配两串烤苕皮就是非常满足的晚餐了!
Ingredients/材料:
红扁豆 50g Red Lentils
番茄 半个 Half Tomatoes
香菇 2朵 Two Shiitake Mushrooms
白玉菇 1小把 A Small Handful of White Bench Mushroom
紫菜 1小块 One Small Pieces of Nori
嫩豆腐 100g Silk Tofu
响铃卷 2卷 Two Fried Tofu Skin
香菜 适量 Coriander
调味料/Seasonings:
盐巴 适量 Salt
白胡椒粉 适量 White Pepper Powder
烤苕皮/Grill Shaopi:
鲜苕皮 2块 Two Pieces of Shaopi
炒酸萝卜 2大勺 2 Tbsp Stir Fried Pickled Radish
炒酸豇豆 1大勺 2 Tbsp Stir Fried Pickled Cowpea
香菜 1把 One Handful of Coriander
孜然粉 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seed Powder
辣油或辣椒面 1大匙 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
油 适量 Oil
白芝麻 适量 White Sesame
