夏天天气热没胃口的时候记得煮一碗番茄酸汤面,最近经常在吃的一款,特别快手鲜美,一人食真的特别适合,这个季节的毛豆鲜美,加一小把一起煮,搭配番茄真的鲜上加鲜
Ingredients/材料:
挂面 适量 Noodles
番茄 450g Tomato
鲜毛豆 1小把 One Small Handful of Edamame
鲜腐竹 1小把 One Small Handful of Bean Curd Stick
香菇 2朵 Two Mushrooms
生姜 几片 A Few Slices of Ginger
香菜碎 适量 Chopped Coriander
小油菜 1颗 One Bok Choy
开水 适量 Water
调味料/Seasonings:
生抽 适量 Soy Sauce
白胡椒粉 适量 White Pepper Powder
五香粉 1/4小勺 1/4 Five Spices Podwer
香油 几滴 Sesame Oil
盐 适量 Salt
