It's a hot season to sell the broad beans recently. In this episode, I will share a delicious broad bean and yam soup recipe. For broad beans, it is absolutely right to call it the gift of spring. I happened to have some leftover of the congee liquid. It added a rich and smooth taste to the soup, and it also played an important role to improve the thickness of soup. Why not give it a try?
最近菜市场感觉每家都有蚕豆卖,实现蚕豆自由就在这一刻了,今天分享一个适合减脂又鲜美的蚕豆山药羹,对于蚕豆,称作是春天的鲜美本鲜绝对没错了,随便怎么做都很鲜美,刚好做了沥米饭剩下的米汤做这道汤,增加了浓郁爽滑的口感,汤头会更有厚重感,快来试试吧

Ingredients/材料:

蚕豆仁 1杯 One Cup of Broad Beans
山药 160g Yam
香菇 2朵 Two Shiitake Mushrooms
姜末 适量 Minced Ginger
米汤 1碗(可选或最后加一点薄淀粉)Congee Liquid (Optional: Add a little starch at the end)
清水 适量 Water

调味料/Seasonings:
竹盐 适量 Bamboo Salt
香油 几滴 A Few Drop of Sesame Oil
胡椒粉 适量 White Pepper Powder
