「素食」超级下饭的低卡木须豆腐杏鲍菇 |【Vegan】Moo Shu Tofu & King Oyster Mushroom

I made this vegan version of Moo Shu Pork today and thought it was pretty good. I used the king oyster mushrooms and firm tofu to replace the eggs and meat, and it turned out to be very delicious!
今天做了这个纯素版本的木须肉觉得还不错,用杏鲍菇和老豆腐代替鸡蛋和肉片的口感也十分美味。

Ingredients/材料:
老豆腐 150g Firm Tofu
杏鲍菇 1根 Half King Oyster Mushroom
黄瓜 半根 Half Cucumber
胡萝卜 半根 Half Carrot
鲜黑木耳 1小把 One Small Handful of Black Ear Mushroom
黄花菜 1把 One Handful of Fresh Lily Flower
姜片 4g Ginger Slice

调味料/Seasonings:
生抽 1大匙 1Tbsp Soy Sauce
素蚝油 1小匙 1 Tsp Vegan Oyster Sauce
海盐 适量 Sea Salt
姜黄粉 1/4小匙 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
白胡椒适量 White Pepper Powder

Tips:
1. Thinly slice the firm tofu, then fry it on low heat. Don't over cook it.
老豆腐切薄一点,要小火煎,煎嫩一点口感更好
2. You can also use Dried Lily Flower
黄花菜也可以用干的泡发
