And given the period, if you are in TG work, these little recipes should still please you too since they are very easy and quick to make.
It's not always easy to find the motivation to prepare something nice right now, so I hope these few ideas will inspire you.
Thanks to Montbento for sponsoring this video.

All the references of what I used for this video will be listed in the info bar.
And I advise you to stay until the end of the video for a little surprise, but before that, let's move on to the recipes.
As I told you, the recipes of this video are quick to prepare, but there is still something that I had to prepare in advance, it's my vegan cream cheese.
I rarely find any already close in the store, so to do it, I just put natural soy yogurts to taste in a torch on a colander.
And I let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours, but you can also do it the day before in the evening and let it rest all night.
Then I pour my preparation into a bowl and keep it for at least a week.
For the first lunchbox, I made a vegan vegetable omelette.
I showed you in detail in a video how I made this omelette.
I put the link in the info bar and in the little i.
But in this recipe, I added vegetables, so zucchini and pepper that I cut into very small pieces.
Then, compared to the recipe that I have already presented to you, I replaced the soy cream with 100g of firm natural tofu to bring more protein.
I mixed everything so as not to have lumps and pieces of tofu.
And when the texture is smooth, I incorporate the vegetables and then cook the omelette by rolling it as I go.
Adding tofu makes it a little longer to cook, but it can very well be heated in the microwave.
You can even finish cooking in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
To make up my lunchbox, I cut the omelette into pieces.
I also added a little cream cheese that I seasoned with chives, salt, lemon juice and fresh parsley.
And it serves to dip my little carrot sticks.
And to that, I added a little basmati rice and a few seeds of black sesame for decoration.
So that's it for this first meal idea to bring.
A vegetable omelette with rice and vegetables.
Simple, fast, efficient and balanced.
For the dessert, I used the new L-size sauce cups from Montbanto.
They are 75ml, so it's a perfect size to put yogurt or compote.
And it avoids disposable plastic from individual formats.
For the second lunchbox, I was inspired by the fact of using food of the same color.
So this time I opted for the green color.
I steamed soy beans, also called edamame.
I find a lot of them in Asian stores or in smaller sizes at Picard.
But if you can't find it, you can also use small peas or gourmet peas.
It will just be a little less protein.
I also use frozen broccoli.
And after 5 minutes of cooking, I add the zucchini cut into thin slices.
And I let it cook again for 5 minutes.
But I think it was ready even before.
For this lunch, I also used pesto to season pasta and zucchini.
I use vegan pesto that I make at home.
The recipe is in my sauce ebook.
I put the link in the info bar if you are interested.
But you can also use pesto already ready.
I list some vegan references in the info bar.
For the fresh side, I added a few pine nuts and almonds.
And then I try to assemble my lunchbox nicely.
I use separators to prevent everything from mixing during transport.
For the last seasoning touch, I use a little olive oil, pepper and salt on the broccoli, pine nuts and soy.
Here we are for this second lunchbox.
It remains very simple while having a little creative touch that makes the meal a little more interesting.
We can also make variants with other colors depending on the vegetables that inspire us.
I will try to offer you others in future videos if you like.
And again, if you stay and eat at home at noon, it's still convenient to have a little quick thing to do without the result being boring.
For the last lunchbox, I was inspired by traditional bagels with salmon and fresh cheese to spread to make a vegan version.
If you saw my Christmas aperitif video last year, you must have already seen this recipe.
But it's such an amazing, economical and easy alternative that I wanted to show it to you for a daily version.
With the help of an economist, I make thin slices of carrots.
Then I cook them for about 5-10 minutes, the slices must be very soft.
During cooking, I prepare a marinade based on lemon juice, liquid smoke aroma.
That's really what makes all the flavor.
I also add pepper, salt, olive oil for the greasy and melting side.
And to accentuate the marinated and iodized flavor, you can add a little fertilizer that you cut into small flakes.
I do without because I find that the flavor is already quite bluffing like that.
And it's not the flavor I prefer.
We then add the cooked carrots.
We soak them well in the marinade.
The best is to let everything rest for an hour in the fridge.
But if you are in a hurry, you can skip this step.
There is nothing serious, the taste will still be present.
And then I move on to the composition of the bagel.
I use frozen breads that I find at Picard and which are really super good.
Just heat them in the oven for 5 minutes or in the microwave for 1 minute.
I use the cream cheese that I prepared at the beginning of the video.
I spread it generously on each side of the bread.
You can add a little pinch of salt if you want to get closer to the fresh cheese.
And then I place the carrot slices.
I add small sprigs of almonds, but that's me.
I always have to add sprinkles everywhere.
For the rest of the lunchbox, I simply reused spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes and corn.
With a small cup of vinaigrette sauce.
Again, it's a super practical recipe to take home and that you can also make at home in a very short time.
You can prepare the cream cheese and carrots like smoked salmon the day before.
And then have a little snack for lunch if you don't have a big appetite.
Which can often happen when you work from home and have trouble finding your rhythm.
In any case, I hope you enjoyed these little ideas.
On the occasion of this video, Montbento decided to spoil one or the other of you with a little Christmas gift.
