Recipe:
3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚.
A pinch of salt.
1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract.
12 tbsp sugar (180 g / 6.3 oz).
Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Mix well until the mixture is creamy.
12 tablespoons of sunflower oil (120 ml / 4 fl oz).
12 tbsp milk (120 ml / 4 fl oz).
Grated zest of one lemon.
Juice of one lemon.
12 tablespoons of flour (250 g / 8.8 oz).
Add the flour in two stages so that the dough mixes better.
1 tbsp baking powder (15 g / 0.5 oz).
Mix well.
Mix everything well until the dough is smooth.
22 cm (8.6 inch) springform pan.
Grease the baking tin with butter so that the baking paper stays in place.
Bake for 40–45 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Lemon jam for spreading.
Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
