Chapter 26. Becoming a Disciple of Seonho-gong and Samjang-gong
Last time, Samjang and Oh-gong met bandits in the deep mountains.
How will our main character Oh-gong overcome this crisis?
Why are you blocking the way to Soseung?
In Korean,
One person is Ahn Kan-hee, who is happy to see with his eyes.
One person is Lee Cheong-ro, who listens with his ears.
One person is Bi Hu-ae, who enjoys being hit with a nose.
One person is Seol Sang-sa, who thinks with his tongue.
Another person is Lee Gyeon-yok, who sees with his heart.
And the last person is God Bon-woo, who feels with his body.
Ha ha ha ha ha!
You were just six little thieves.
How dare you block the way to this old man?
Now, bring all the wealth that my men have taken.
I'll give it to you in seven parts, including my men.
Then the thieves were happy to see the happy man.
The angry man was angry.
The happy man was happy.
The thinking man was thinking.
The distrustful man was distrustful.
The greedy man was greedy.
They came to Oh-gong at the same time.
They put down their swords and ran at once.
They hit the top of Oh-gong 70 to 80 times in a single breath.
Oh-gong was standing in the middle of the mountain.
His eyebrows were not stiff.
What? This guy is really not a woman.
Ha ha! How is it? Do you recognize me now?
Now your arms and legs seem to be almost missing.
I'm going to have to play with this old man.
Oh-gong took out a needle from his ear hole.
After making it to the size of an iron rod,
When he turned to the thieves,
The surprised thieves let go of the needle.
Oh-gong followed them without missing a single one.
He killed them all.
He took off their clothes and took their money.
He came back to Samjang in a desperate manner.
Shall we go now, sir?
I've got rid of all the thieves.
Brother, you've committed a terrible sin.
Although they are thieves who live in plunder,
You didn't commit a sin of death, did you?
I have such a great talent.
If you kick them out, that's it.
Why are you so scared to kill them?
The person who went out said,
Even if you sweep the yard, don't hurt the ants.
For the division of labor,
He said he had to put a thorn on his back.
But you don't even ask for a sin.
You have to do that to your life.
That's how you can be loyal.
Oh, sir.
If I hadn't killed them,
They would have tried to kill you.
Oh-gong, the person who went out said,
Even if you have a grudge to die,
It's not a cruel thing to do.
I only kill one person,
You killed six people.
Whose sin is bigger?
Oh, sir.
When I was the king of Hwagasan 500 years ago,
I don't know how many people I've already killed.
Oh, you're such a weak guy.
It's because I ran around and ignored you.
Didn't you get such a punishment 500 years ago?
Now that you're in the fire,
If you've done that,
Of course, you can't go to Seochon.
Oh, my God.
If I can't go to Seochon,
There's no reason to be here.
I'll go back this way.
When the chief raised his head,
He's already gone to the east with the sound of the wind.
Oh-gong, come back right now.
He's got such a bad temper.
I just said a few words,
It's gone like the wind.
It's nothing special.
Now I can't find him or call him.
Don't waste your time.
I have to go my way.
The chief was walking to the west with a sad heart.
On a narrow mountain road,
I met an old man with a bundle.
Monk, where are you going?
Go to the middle of this mountain alone.
Soseung is the holy place of the king.
I'm on my way to Seochon's Buddha.
Until recently, I had a disciple.
But he's such a bad temper and stubborn.
I nagged him a few times.
He just went somewhere.
That's good.
In this bundle,
There's a hat with a gold ring on it.
It's what my son used to wear.
I have a disciple to the monk.
I'll give this to the monk.
Thank you for your kindness.
My disciple has already gone to the east.
This thing is useless to me.
If it's the east,
My house is not far from there.
Maybe he went to my house.
I have an order.
I'll tell the monk.
You can't tell anyone else.
It's called a spirit, a faith, or a long life.
Remember this spell in the monk's head.
I'm going to follow that disciple.
I'll send it back to the monk.
The monk put this hat on him.
If the disciple doesn't listen,
Memorize the spell in your mouth a lot.
Then you won't be able to run away again.
The disciple who finished speaking
One line became a golden ray and flew east.
The third chapter is the teaching of the Bodhisattva.
I know I'm going east.
After bowing and bowing,
I practiced until I could memorize all the words.
Why are you sitting here without going east?
Where have you been?
I can't even go east like this.
Aren't you the only one waiting?
I'm on my way to the old dragon king of the east.
I'm on my way to get a cup of tea.
You shouldn't lie.
You went all the way to the east to get a cup of tea?
Why don't you believe me?
I can ride a gondu,
so I can do 108,000 things at once.
I thought I'd leave you like this,
but the dragon king said,
If you don't go, you can't get a cup of tea,
so you can only stay as a gondu.
Also, I came back because I was caught
making a promise with the Bodhisattva.
Yes, you had such amazing talent.
I don't know if I said too much to you,
but from now on, don't leave me and go anywhere.
And this is what I wore when I was a child.
If you wear a hat like this,
you can memorize the sutra without learning it,
and if you wear this jikcheol,
you can know it even if you don't learn the old way.
I don't know what size it is,
but if it fits, let me wear it.
The clothes fit like they were for the Bodhisattva.
The Bodhisattva waited for the Bodhisattva to wear the hat,
and he tied a long string in his mouth.
Oh, my head! Oh, my head!
Master, please save me.
I think my head is going to explode.
As the chief finished the spell,
Oh-gong's head healed quickly.
My head hurts because the monk curses me.
Oh-gong, I just memorized the sutra,
which is called Gingogyeong.
Why would I curse you?
Then try to memorize it again.
When the chief memorized the spell again,
Oh-gong rolled on the floor
and shouted to stop.
Yes, will you listen to me well from now on?
Are you going to be mischievous again?
No, no.
I'll listen to you well
and I'll never do that.
When the chief stopped the spell,
Oh-gong took out a bow
and attacked the chief without hesitation.
When the chief memorized the spell in a hurry,
Oh-gong fell to the ground
and couldn't even raise his hand properly.
Master, master, I get it now.
Please, please stop.
You're just talking.
Why can't you fix your mind
and try to hit me?
When did I try to hit you?
Who taught you this?
A servant taught me a while ago.
What?
Oh, really?
I see.
That servant must be a Bodhisattva.
Damn it.
I met him on my way here.
He gave me this and went away.
I'm going to go to Namhae right now
and teach that Bodhisattva a lesson.
Oh-gong, this spell was taught by the Bodhisattva.
So when I go to you,
if the Bodhisattva memorizes this spell,
you'll be the only one to die.
Master, the Bodhisattva is trying to train me
to take you to Seochon.
I'm not going to touch the Bodhisattva,
so please don't keep memorizing it
like a habit.
I'll protect you
without regretting or bothering you again.
Please.
Hahaha.
Then hurry up and put me on a horse.
From then on, Oh-gong ate his heart out
and wore his nameless clothes well.
Then he loaded his luggage
and put the scepter on the horse politely
and began to walk westward.
