This video provides a step-by-step tutorial on how to prepare giant seafood stuffed mushrooms. The creator demonstrates how to sauté a mixture of shrimp, spinach, and aromatics, combine them with cream cheese and binders, and bake them in large baby Bella mushrooms for a rich, savory appetizer.
I've got my list of all my ingredients.
We're gonna go over these ingredients
and we're gonna start cooking.
Raw deveined shrimp, you need mozzarella cheese,
a little Asiago cheese, you need chopped onion,
chopped tomato, spinach, and you also need cream cheese.
We have in garlic.
Be sure to cook seasoning mix,
so it's be sure to season seasoning mix.
And you need breadcrumbs of your choice.
And the star is the mushrooms.
These are baby Bella mushrooms and they're huge.
These are huge, but you can also get the small ones
if you can't find the big ones.
But today we're making giant ones.
So let's do this guys.
So I've got my spinach that I've already rinsed
and got prepared.
I'm gonna stick some spinach inside of my blender
or my food processor.
My husband brought this Hamilton Beach one
and it's so nice because usually you just turn it
whatever but you know you just press down
and there you go chops up everything just fine
shrimp has been rinsed and of course they came already deveined
and we just rinsed them then let
them drain a little bit it's just like an eight ounce bag
and these are a medium shrimps and i'm
just going to mix all this up
so with the olive oil i put in the pan we're going to add about a
teaspoon full of chopped garlic inside my olive oil.
I'm going to add that spinach in there. We're
going to cook that spinach with that wonderful garlic.
I'm going to fry that on down. Yes,
this is going to be so delicious, guys.
Add those chopped onions in there. Want real nice,
fine chopped onions? Oh, yes. Inside there with that spinach.
And we just want that spinach to
really cook with those onions really good
and get those onions nice and caramelized, I'm going to add
a little cracked pepper, I'm going to add
a little salt, about a pinch of salt, and like I said this
is sea salt or you can use kosher salt
so I'm just going to do a pinch of that, hey, to get this really
popping, we're going to just add maybe two
or three pinches of be sure to season seasoning blend
Be Sure To Season seasoning blend, you can
also get this on Amazon or you can just go to

and get your bottle of Be Sure To Season seasoning
Let's start adding in our shrimp.
And we're just gonna start mixing all this together
and we're gonna cook the shrimp
the onions,
and everything together.
Guys, now we're gonna add the tomatoes in there
Gonna get those tomatoes going.
We're gonna get those in there with it together.
We're gonna cook these all together.
So we're gonna take this off the heat
and we're gonna let this cool.
eight ounce of Philadelphia cream cheese any kind of cream cheese
and it's cooled
down we're gonna take it we're gonna put it
in a cup we're gonna measure this and
it's since of you got the tomatoes and the spinach kind of leaves water
especially if you put a little salt in it
so we're gonna just drain a little
bit of this out not all but just a little bit
and you want this softened so
you want to kind of like mix this around a little bit
because we want this to be
very very softened up got one cup of our filling mix
of the shrimp with the Philadelphia cream cheese
philadelphia is starting to mix up
in here very very well, there we go, what i think is going on
now is i just need a bigger spatula, handful of Asiago cheese
and we're going to put it right
inside of here and we're also going to do a little bit
of it, of the mozzarella, now you're probably saying
why am i doing this? because i want cheese inside
because it's going to be on the outside also
So it's going to suck up a little of this wetness that you're like,
oh, this is so wet.
But that's what we want it to be.
And then here comes our one third cup of breadcrumbs.
One third cup of breadcrumbs.
I'm just going to mix that in there together.
Yeah, there goes your nice binder here.
Yeah.
So as you're doing it, you're going to add the other half.
It's just one third cup.
And it soaks up all that juice and stuff that,
you know, the spinach and everything was giving
Thanksgiving and here is your delicious mixture.
I already stuffed one. Let me show you how I did it.
I got some melted butter here
and I'm just going to put butter all over the back of the mushrooms.
We're going to take this and put this on the bottom here
and I'm only doing that to show
you because if I turn it over I'm still going
to have butter on my hands. We're going to go inside
we're going to take our brush
and we're just going to do the same thing going to brush it just like
we did the outside. It's our stuffing mix that we're going to add
and we're going to press down
inside of my delicious mushroom here.
I'm going to add some breadcrumbs and the rest of those
cheeses and that was that Asiago cheese
and that mozzarella cheese and we're just going to mix it
up with the breadcrumbs here.
Let's go ahead and add a little bit of my seasoning mix. Be sure
to seasoning mix it's called be sure to season seasoning blend
and i want everybody to get into
this because it's so good
and it takes your whole different dish to a whole different flavor
uh and i'm just going to add maybe a sprinkle
or so in there you know i bought i mean this stuff
is really good and it's powerful stuff
so you don't want to overdo it and i'm going to add about
a teaspoon or so of butter
and then I'm just gonna you know I hate doing it I just like to
toss it with my hands because I can feel the moistness
or the wetness on it top yes here
I know this is big guys and you're like oh my god
but hey these are giant mushrooms giant
okay there it is there's the rest of my cheese
and all that great stuff and in the sink that goes
and I'm going to cover this with a little aluminum foil
so I really want to cook these and cook these
good and steam these real good so they can be delicious
and there you go we're going to pop
these in the oven for about 25
to 30 minutes watching we got them on a 350 degrees so preheat
your oven to 350 degrees before you even make this dish
so have it going and have it nice and hot
it won't take that long
so here it goes into the oven for 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
These are my
giant seafood
shrimp stuffed
mushrooms.
Okay, remember the one that I filled earlier that I was talking about?
Okay, I had to hold it because it did break on the side,
the mushroom, and I filled it and it held it up.
But when I put it in the oven to cook with the other one, I guess it
just went on ahead and flipped over and collapsed on the other side.
