Liberty Bell vandalism leads to charges against 2 suspects
A man and a woman are facing charges in connection with the vandalism of the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia.
Court documents allege 50-year-old Sean Gerlach of North Carolina jumped over the barrier and pushed the Liberty Bell back on May 16.
Authorities also say 50-year-old Dawn Hawa of Ephrata, Pennsylvania, flicked an oily substance onto the bell the same day.

in connection with the vandalism of the Liberty Bell.
Court documents allege 50-year-old Sean Gerlach
of North Carolina jumped over the barrier and pushed the Liberty Bell.
They also say 50-year-old Dawn Power of Upstate
Pennsylvania, flicked an oily substance onto the bell.
This happened back on May 15th.
Both suspects are now facing prison time if they are convicted.
