Old Westbury homeowner arrested after 2 teens hospitalized for excessive drinking

And just into our newsroom tonight, two teenagers are taken to the hospital for excessive alcohol consumption and a 51 year old woman is now facing charges. Police say they got to Pine Tree Lane in Old Westbury just after 11 p.m. Saturday. They found a party with around 200 high school age kids. And lots of alcoholic beverages. Police say numerous underage people were exhibiting signs of alcohol consumption. That includes a 16 and 17 year old who were found unconscious and taken to the hospital. The Old Westbury chief of police is urging kids to look out for their friends. If children learn about a party or see a party that's getting out of control, they're concerned about their classmates, they should absolutely call 9-1-1. Those calls can be anonymous. Well, right now, there is no word on the condition of those two teenagers. 51-year-old Ephrat Friedman is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and social host law.
