Welcome to my channel! Hello everyone! Today I'll show you how to make this really cool and super amazing three layered cottage cheese cake. It doesn't require any baking so it's perfect for the summer and I'm actually making this for my seven year old niece. It's her birthday and I think she's very excited because she knows I'm bringing something to her. It's gonna have strawberry, vanilla and chocolate layers and it just works so well. to make and I hope you enjoy this video. Now let's get started. For this recipe we're gonna need cottage cheese or farmer's cheese. I've got homemade strawberry jam but you can also use any other jam. I've got a recipe for this under the video. Cocoa powder, vanilla extract, gelatin, red food coloring, dark chocolate, sour cream and icing sugar. In a bowl place your cottage cheese. Now we're gonna blend everything until it's nice and smooth. When your mixture is nice and creamy we're just gonna set this aside mixture evenly into three bowls now take a baking dish and we're just gonna start layering it down so put the red layer first now add the brown layer vanilla your toothpick and drag all the way across just like that and then again this beautiful cake goes into the fridge until it's completely set okay so here is my cake you can see it's completely set not wobbling anymore so we're just going to carefully go with the knife just around just to loosen it up
