Hi everyone! Today I'm going to share my favorite recipe of cream cheese salmon pancake rolls. It's so great, it's perfect for the parties, for the barbecues, for dinner parties, anything goes. Or you can serve them as starters as well. They're really simple, very easy to make. Now let's get cooking. For this recipe we're going to need some thin pancakes, cream cheese, salted salmon and fresh parsley. you can also use dill and I've got both recipes on how to make the pancakes and how to salt your own salmon so you can watch these as well take your pancake place it onto a plate and then spread cream cheese around and now we're just gonna roll it up and down just like that you can place your pancakes in a fridge if you're not serving straight away if you are going to cut them into four different slices bite-sized pieces but you can cut them even in small sizes and and when you turn them around you can see these beautiful layers. So here it is, my beautiful salmon cream cheese pancakes. It's very Russian I think and we usually have these kind of pancakes on big events or birthdays or celebrations.
