Dessert: Eton Mess Recipe - Классический итон месс

Hi guys, welcome to my channel. Today I'm making old time classic British summer dessert called Eton Mess. Eton Mess is a beautiful dessert, it's super quick and delicious, made with broken meringues, fresh cream and strawberries. Today I'm doing collaboration with James from Fun Foods Channel, so make sure you go ahead and check him out. He does a lot of desserts, a lot of baked treats, Oreo recipes and a lot of themed goodies. I love his channel so make sure you go ahead and subscribe he uploads new videos every Sunday so you always will be getting new stuff I have a whisk attachment in my KitchenAid so place all your egg whites into the bowl now we're going to add caster sugar slowly just bits by bits you can see it's nice marshmallowy meringue I've attached a star nozzle to my piping bag circle so your meringues are the same size I just do it just like that we're going to bake our meringues for about 20 minutes and then turn off the oven and leave them in there for about two hours so they're nice and crisp in a different bowl add your double cream icing sugar thank you so much for spending time with me in my kitchen don't forget to head over to James's channel at Fun Foods and check out his beautiful strawberry milkshake video it looks so delicious I'm gonna to make it as well sometime this week and I'll put all the links just down below under my video so you can go ahead and check him out.
