Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel! As you can see I'm feeling quite Christmassy and today I'll share with you a recipe of пряники. These are so delicious. They're like soft cakey cookies made with honey and different spices. They're perfect for the holiday season. I hope you enjoy this recipe. Now let's get started. We're going to need butter, honey, baking powder and baking soda, icing sugar, vanilla extract, normal sugar I've got some plain flour milk different spices ginger nutmeg cinnamon allspice instant coffee and egg in a pan add your coffee hot water mix that through add your sugar and butter add honey when your mixture is melted we're just gonna leave it aside to cool down add your mixture into a bowl add all your spices and vanilla extract dissolve your baking soda in some vinegar and then we're going to add that into our mixture now add your flour a little bit at a time and just mix it in with your wooden spoon once your mixture is all mixed in we're just gonna place a cling film on top the icing around the cookies we're just gonna add icing sugar in the bowl a tablespoon of your mixture and it's gonna be nice and set and we're just gonna roll it out in our hand to form a nice ball place that onto your baking tray once your cookies have cooled down we're going to coat them in our mixture so just take your brush and paint them along you can also dip them and then we'll place them back on our parchment paper just so they're nice and set.
