This meat marinade makes the meat super tender, juicy and you wanting it more. It one of the best Shashlik or Kebab recipes for a BBQ with metal skewers. The Shashlik or Kebab meat is marinated in a special way and makes the meat soft and very tasty. It’s a must for every special occasion and gathering of family and friends.

Welcome to Ala's Yummy Food. Today I'm cooking
with my little brother Daniel and we have
a really special episode for you guys today.
We're going to be making Shashlik. And Shashlik
is so popular everywhere
and it's one of my favourite dishes. And don't forget to give
us big likes. Big likes!
And leave all your comments down below what you think of this
video. Now let's get started.
We're going to need a large piece of pork and you can
use any part. So we're looking for nice kind of squares
and we're going to cube the meat.
And you always want to make sure you get
a piece of fat and meat in both.
We only need a few ingredients.
We need some mineral water, some mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
First thing we're going to do is add some mustard into your bowl.
Some mayonnaise.
Lastly, we want to add some salt and pepper.
Secret ingredient which makes meat really,
really nice is mineral water.
Just need to make sure everything's nice and mixed well.
Lastly, we're going to add some white wine.
Now, this is not necessarily, but I like to add a bit of that.
Day two and it's actually snowing.
I don't know if you can see in the camera.
So today we're making shashlik
We're gonna take piece by piece and the meat is very very tender
It's really nice and you just put that in the middle
and just go all the way down and basically just repeat the whole thing
Give us big likes
One other tip from my dad is that if you use any cheap
red wine you can have in your house and we're gonna put
some all over the shashlik
then Daniel is gonna pepper each one the coals need
to be very very hot so the meat is wrapped around take our shashlik and
we're going to put them right in here cook
this for about 8 to 10 minutes you
can add a bit more wine
while it's cooking okay now I'm gonna show you a
really cool sauce that my dad invented
so we take some ketchup and some Mexican
chilies so we're gonna have two bowls okay now it's
not fair I think I have to
try a little bit
as well wow that is
spicy sword fight
okay so look at this
wow it's amazing very
very tasty very juicy russian vodka in russian shashlik
definitely try this recipe
and i'll see you in the next video bye
