Lemon Curd Dessert Recipe | Лимонный Десерт с ягодами

Today I'll show you this incredible dessert and it's my favorite, it's a lemon curd berry dessert. It's so easy to put together, it looks fantastic and it tastes even better. Now let's get started. We're going to need some egg yolks, orange, lemons, sugar, some fresh berries, I've got some raspberries and blueberries butter digestive biscuits or you can use graham crackers and I'm going to plate my dessert into these kind of cups but you can use anything you have in your kitchen into a large pot add your lemon juice orange juice sugar add your egg yolks and we're going to cook this for about five to six minutes you can see the mixture is starting to thicken you can also do a test just take a wooden spoon and then go with your finger cross and if it's leaving a line that means it's ready. Then add your butter and some lemon zest. While the mixture is hot we want to sieve it through so there are no lumps. I'm going to transfer this into a jar and leave it to set in a fridge. Place your digested biscuits into a plastic bag and smash them with a rolling pin or you can also do this in a food processor. Thanks for spending time with me in my kitchen guys.
