Hey guys, welcome to Alla's Yummy Food! Hello everyone! Today I'm going to be showing you how to make my favourite beetroot salad. It's so healthy, so delicious, very easy to put together and we usually eat it as a side dish with a main course or just on its own. I absolutely love this salad and I can just eat it on its own all the time. Although I do smell a bit garlicky afterwards, but if you're not going on many dates then it's okay. we're going to need mayonnaise fresh parsley garlic and i have already boiled my beetroot um it takes about 45 to 60 minutes so you can do this ahead of time add your beetroot to your food processor and we're gonna grate that this recipe is so good i love it because it's got creamy textures yet you got a bit of crunch at the end and that garlic adds so much flavor and the salad itself i mean it looks so bright so beautiful you know you just want to smile when you see that on your plate. Add beetroot into your bowl, add your minced garlic, add mayonnaise and give it all a really good mix. So here it is, look at this beautiful colorful salad, let's give this a try.
