hey guys spiritual whistleblower here um i know i look like crap i'm a little under the weather and um i feel like crap and i hope it doesn't get worse um i got a little sore throat and then blowing my nose it feels like a nasty head cold right now i just hope it doesn't get worse so i'm in bed i don't feel like doing nothing today i'm burnt out actually but um i just wanted to um do a video I gotta get caught up excuse me I'm sorry that's fatigue I don't know if that's fatigue or autistic burnout one or the other I'm still learning my autism terminology you know so many things that I thought were normal behavior were all traits of autism so I'm just it's mind-blowing I'm still getting caught up with learning the terminology of my traits and behaviors. But nonetheless, the topic of this video is stop sharing your resources with your family. Well, that's the subject matter. And when I say resources, keep your friends, your business associates, keep your lover, your family cannot know none of that. And I'll tell you why. And I'm I'm going to give y'all some examples. If you come from a narcissistic family, moms and narcissists, dads and narcissists, grandparents, your siblings, you come from a toxic ******* family and you're fighting for your life to stay the **** away from them. You're either about to go no contact or you already have. I'm going to tell you, your family, they can do a lot of spiteful ---- in an attempt to, you know, get control over you to turn people against you. Number one, they're going to turn the rest of the family against you. Hands down. That's automatic. Okay. I know my mother has done a wonderful job of getting the rest of my family members to look at me like I'm crazy, unhinged, etc okay um they turn the family against you the ringleader um narcissistic parent uh or caregiver because it could be your grandparents it could be an aunt a lot of people come from foster homes it could be a foster parent it could be a step parent whoever the ringleader is they will run the most vicious smear campaign against you and they will turn family against you that's step number one that's automatic that that's, there's nothing you can do to stop it. I would not advise you to get on the phone with your family members and convince them, you know, that your mother or father are wrong. I wouldn't be on the phone trying to prove myself. Do not be showing nobody no evidence. Let them believe whatever the **** they want to believe. That's none of your business. What people think about you is none of your business. Let the ringleader run their mouth, be that mom or dad let them keep talking their ---- be unfazed by it go be successful go somewhere level up and keep rising that's how you shut down the smear campaign but here's where it gets tricky and this is where I got to get on people y'all will not believe how many stories I have heard of where a woman gets pregnant by a toxic narcissistic man and she fucks around and she brings that man around her family and what ends up happening. He either becomes Facebook friends with her toxic mama, her toxic sister, grandparents, whatever, um, you know, or her family knows his family. They're somehow all connected and mesh some type of way. Then when she has the baby and the baby father moves on with a new woman, leaving her to be a single mother while he was already abusing her during the pregnancy but he really turns up the abuse once the baby is born I'm gonna tell you y'all that I've heard this over and over from so many of my clients it's not unusual if the baby father teams up with the mama I'm not talking about his mama I'm talking about the victim's mother yes your mama will go behind your ******* back and team up with your baby father to come against you. I've heard stories where the woman had to sue for child support, took her baby daddy to court to get custody and, you know, filed for child support. And her own mama became a witness and helped the baby father come against her. That's how much your narcissistic mama hates you. She will, she will help your baby father destroy you in family court that's why you do not ever you know your family is ******* toxic as hell you do not allow them into your friend circle you do not allow them to know who you're dating or dealing with because in case the the man that you're dating or dealing with if he turns out to be abusive and toxic you get rid of him he has no ties to your family he don't have your mama's phone number. He don't know your mama's Facebook or your sister's Facebook. Once the relationship is over, you cut him off and you move the **** on. If you got to get a restraining order, you do what you got to do. But if he knows your people, he knows your mutual friends. If he's Facebook friends with your mom or anyone else in your family, it's nothing for him to reach out and contact them or they contact him and exchange information to come against you behind your back. It happens all the time. Stop bringing your lover around your family. Honestly, if you are healing from narcissistic abuse caused by your family, you have no business dating. A lot of y'all are so ******* scared to be alone and to work on yourself. You're still codependent, still caught up with trying to date somebody to avoid being alone. And that's why you keep jumping from one narcissist to the next because you have not made the connection that the reason why you keep attracting narcissists is because your family has trained and program you to attract that type of person. And if you just cut off your family, I mean, if it's been under five years that you've gone, no contact, you have no business dating. You should be healing and in therapy, working on being single, being happy as a single person, not meeting anyone, you know, not needing external validation. You know, if you're feeling lonely, you get up off your ass and you go do a hobby. I go dancing. I take dance lessons three, four times a week. I stay busy. I have hobbies. I travel. I don't rely on a ******* man to, you know, help me pass time because I'm feeling lonely. That's the ******* problem. Too many of y'all are ******* codependent as hell. And the only way that you can break out of being codependent, you've got to get rid of your family. You got to cut them off. I don't mean no communication. They should not have your phone number. Uh, no social media. When I say chop your ******* family off and call the police, if they pop up and violate you, I mean, you got to treat them literally like ******* strangers. If you're intentional with your healing process, if you're intentional with working on yourself so that you don't attract toxic people into your life you'll get rid of your family your family is the reason why you keep jumping in fucked up relationships make the connection the connection is child i'm probably the only life coach out here um telling people to cut their family off i don't think i've heard any relationship guru or relationship life coach narcissistic abuse coach um there may be a few sprinkled here or there but very few that are going to tell you to cut your family off for good and the reason why these life coaches and relationship gurus won't tell you to cut off mom and dad is because they need you to keep going back to mom and dad they need you to stay broken because they know if you keep going back to mom and dad you're going to keep staying hurt and therefore you're going to keep needing advice in therapy. So you're going to keep paying money to the life coach to keep giving you advice. It's a scam. They're grifting and scamming you. So I'm one of the real ones. I'm going to tell you to deal with the root of your problems. If you want to stop attracting narcissists, you got to get rid of the very first narcissist that bullied you and hated on you. The first narcissist that tried to destroy you. The first narcissist that spread gossip about you. The first narcissist to sexually molest you the first narcissist the uh you know uh make fun of your disability make fun of your autism make fun of your your speech impediment make fun of your you know dyslexia bipolar the very first narcissist is your mother and father and y'all some y'all just refuse you refuse to cut them off then you sit back and cry and complain and play victim No, no. Keep your lovers away from family. Keep your friends away from your family. And most importantly, your business relationships. Because when I tell you when you're one and done with your family, like I said, they're going to run the smear campaign and turn the family against you. That's across the board. Everybody goes to that. But the next step is your family is going to try to turn your friends against you. if they have access to your your friend network oh honey it's coming oh honey it's coming your mama will be on the phone with your friends gossiping and trying to make you look like a bad guy to turn your friends against you I got a good story for that too I I had to get rid of a childhood friend because her mama was a narcissist her mama kept interfering in our friendship her mama was so threatened by me because I was smart educated and she she thought I would empower my girlfriend to be strong and confident and independent and she didn't want that her mama wanted her to be like a child and and codependent so her mama felt threatened every time I would come to visit my girlfriend we would go out and stuff her mama would be on the phone you know monitoring her and controlling her every move she's a 45 year old woman allowing her mama to dictate and stay in her business 24 7 and it drove a wedge in between our friendship so I had to cut old girl off and when I cut my friend off her mama kept making fake pages to stalk and harass me on the internet it was so I said your mama is the problem sweetie and since you're not woman enough to put her in check we can't have a friendship and come to find out her mama is paying her mortgage so her mama controls her financially and I said that's a sad life to live my mama or family don't tell me what the **** to do and dictate my life hell no I wish I wish a ************ would tell me how to ******* live. So I had to get rid of a childhood friendship because her mama was a narcissist interfering in our friendship, trying to bully and control and be in our business all the time. And because my friend would not put her mother in check or set a boundary with her mama, she allowed her mama too much control. Her mama should not be in our biz. We're both grown women. I'm in my forties. My girlfriend's in her forties. Why are you allowing your mama to treat you like a child and interfere, push your friends away? Yeah. Her mama was intimidated by me because I'm a boss bitch and I would have helped my friend to level up but my friend wants to act like a baby and be up underneath her mama because her mama helps pay her bill so bitch get away I don't want no friends around me like that I want strong women with a backbone that you know don't have them types of family connections I ain't got time for that so that was a 30-year friendship that I had to get rid of you're never supposed to allow your narcissistic family near your friend circle? Absolutely not. They will push your friends away. They will turn your friends against you. It's one or the other. Now business, you are to never allow your family. One thing I, you know, I've heard several stories where, you know, family members will make fake pages and try to, you know, contact your business page. Um, you know, they don't support your business, but they're constantly stalking. And if your business blows up, let's just say your business goes viral and your business is booming and you make you know you make half a million dollars the first year and you make a million dollars you're doing really well then your toxic family will try to step in and they'll clout chase oh yeah that's my cousin yeah my cousin's doing it big my cousin's a celebrity my cousin's business is booming they wasn't trying to support you first they were shitting on you because your mama turned the family against you it's happening to me right now I didn't have four of my cousins for random random from both sides my mother's side and father's side I had four cousins reach out to me individually saying what's up cuz I'm so proud of you you doing it you doing it big yeah I'm like a celebrity when none of my family supported me y'all sat up and believe the lies of my ******* jealous ass mother now y'all sitting back and watching yeah my ---- is popping my ain't nobody jealous of my sister y'all actually sat up and believe my mother's lies that I'm jealous of my sister my sister don't nobody know my ******* sister my sister's not a celebrity she's not even a celebrity makeup artist she's a ******* nobody if you mention my sister's name in New York and LA crickets she's a ******* nobody and my mother knows it my name oh my name rings bells bitch I done been on the news my name has made national headlines my videos have appeared on daytime talk shows my videos was on the real daytime talk show they pulled my video up for discussion as a roundtable talk I don't recall seeing my sister's ******* name on national television bitch but you're gonna sit there and lie and say I'm jealous of my sister when I'm light years ahead of her I have my degrees bitch and I can go to other countries I've gone to Puerto Rico Puerto Rico is a part of the U.S. I know but I went to Puerto Rico I have fans in Puerto Rico pull up on me let's go I'm gonna show you around Puerto Rico you need some weed let me take you to get some weed let me take you I can go anywhere I can travel anywhere I have support I don't like the word fans I have supporters every ******* where I go if I go to London Paris yes the love is real for me I was just in Las Vegas uh last year I went to Vegas I remember boarding the plane I got on the plane airplane in uh Newark to go to Vegas as soon as I step on the plane there's somebody sitting in um what is that business class this lady grabs me hey girl I know you from TikTok how you doing I love your videos then I get to Vegas me and my girlfriend are out whining and dining I get stopped a couple more times in the street people are always stopping me but my mother is so persistent with telling the family that I'm jealous of my sister my sister's not no ******* celebrity she's a pretty girl but bitch I'm drop-dead gorgeous I'm the one with a career in runway modeling I was a runway model internationally let me ******* remind you don't let me pull out my portfolio so to viciously compare me to my sister but she has nothing else going for her I will not allow my family near my business connections my business partnerships uh recently my mother made a fake page and she tried to reach i was on a podcast i told you guys this i was just on a podcast being interviewed she literally tried to turn the the guy that interviewed me on the podcast she was trying to get him to think negatively of me she actually tried to turn him against me by leaving a negative comment on his page under the video Chanel's mentally ill Chanel's this and that yeah because she's desperate she can't there's no middleman she can't turn nobody else against me she doesn't know my friend circle she doesn't have access to my business partners my business connects it's dry and she knows that certain family members are not buying her lies anymore because I got family members contacting me and and saying congratulations you're doing a great job so I know all my family don't ******* believe her she's getting desperate at this point so now she's she's you know using fake pages and trying to reach out to my business affiliates to try to turn them against me this is why I stress to y'all it's critical when you break free from your toxic family you do not share who you associate with I don't even post my girlfriends that I travel on vacation with I don't post them on my, my social media because I don't want my family getting near them. I don't want my family reaching out to them. It's none of their business. My daughter, my baby, my daughter is 24 years old. Let me tell you something. My daughter has social media, but it's under a different name. They will never find my ******* daughter on social media. She's not on Facebook and the pages that she is on. They don't have her phone number. They don't have her email. They don't, they, they cannot access her and she don't want to talk to them she knows they're ******* toxic no you will not ******* reach out and try to turn my loved ones my friends my business constituents you will not try to talk to them and turn them against me you failed at trying to turn family against me bitch now family members are waking up and saying wait a minute we see who the liar is here because Chanel is doing well for herself Chanel is a whole ******* celebrity out here Chanel is doing it big and I'm gonna continue blowing up so guess what the ringleader who spread vicious rumors about me is starting to look like a ******* clown a liar a jealous ass miserable married hag a broke bitch that sits on her ass all day she hates her husband because he's a ugly dirty dusty pedophile she's probably been her body is out of shape she ain't she ain't pulling in niggas no more because she's old and washed up sitting up watching me look beautiful i didn't slim down look good and i'm popping in these streets with a celebrity status and rising so because it's not you know her schemes are not working with family turning family against me and she knows i don't if she turns family against me i don't give a **** that's what she's really bothered at because I don't give a **** now the next desperate step is to try to figure out if she can turn other people against me when I tell y'all the desperation is real the need to pull you back in and control you is scary when you break free from your family protect your your friends be careful what you post on social media protect your business partnerships protect all of that and don't be afraid to go to the police if you have to and please document everything everything must be documented because if this gets to a court level where you have to go to court drop them receipts you you you can prove cyber stalking and cyber bullying see what my mother has tried to do in the past is is tried to silence me from you know i have a first amendment right i can speak my mind i can talk about my childhood there's nothing she could do about it if she was a woman enough uh to apologize and get all her children including herself in a therapy session where we can you know talk about her mental issues that'd be one thing if she were to divorce her pedophile husband and own up to the fact that she should have left him a long time ago and protected me I would **** with her but she's a piece of ----. She's not going to do that. She's not going to change. So I'm going to continue to stay away from her. It is so critical to protect your affiliations, protect, you know, your friendships, protect what you post on social media, because your family will try to reach out and turn everything that, you know, your friends that make you happy, anything that makes you happy, anything that, that causes you massive success, they're going to try to sabotage it. I put that on everything I'm so grateful the podcast interview that I just did I'm so grateful the guy that interviewed me his name is Barry shout out to Barry Barry showed me that comment that my mother left me from that fake page and Barry was not buying it Barry said what the **** is this unacceptable like he says I stand by you friend no this is this is no good did this you know and and that's why I posted the comment my mother left so y'all you know y'all gave y'all two cents everybody could see she's unhinged and ******* crazy still comparing me to my sister still you know you're gonna call me mentally ill well what exactly is my mental illness since you claim in the message that I've been mentally ill as a child well as a responsible parent did you take me to the doctors and get me diagnosed no you didn't so to recklessly say that i'm mentally ill but you don't have a specific diagnosis makes you reckless and evil and mean spirited for posting that dumb ---- the only person that's mentally ill and unhinged is her protect your friend circle protect your business relationships if you're out here dating which i advise you not to you should be healing not dating but if you're going to date do not introduce your your whoever you're dating they don't need to know your family no no no and if that person you're dating potentially could be a narcissist and you don't know yet don't tell that person that you have a history of being abused by your family because he will take advantage of that okay I just gave y'all some free game today set boundaries and stick to them with your family don't allow them to overstep one single boundary you are an adult what you choose to keep private with your life is none of their business and if they try to bully their way my mother tries to bully her way around tries to be controlling and I I shut it down every time no no ma'am you're going to respect my ******* boundaries ain't no bullying being tolerated you can't use the court system you got shut down by the judge the judge told you ma'am stop stalking your daughter stop cyber stalking your daughter and that was back in 2020 the bitch is still stalking me four years later obsessed the judge told her ass I have a first amendment right and to stay off my page stop stalking me and the bitch will not do it so I'm very careful I protect my friendships um she will never know who my close friends are um you know my business partnerships on a celebrity level that's different and all my business partnerships are solid they know my mother's ******* toxic. They would never give her the time of day, period, poo. And when I do decide to date again, nobody's going to know it on the internet. My family will not be able to reach out to this person. My family has no access to my daughter. I don't ******* play. You will not bully your way back into my life. You don't control me. I'm grown. If I choose not to have ---- to do with you ever again, that's my right.
