We just got back from a camping trip and I wanted to whip up something quick, sweet, and festive.

This creamy caramel apple dip recipe comes together in minutes and is packed with rich cream cheese, brown sugar, and toffee bits. I love serving this layered with thick salted caramel on top, making it the ultimate party dip for apples, graham crackers, or animal crackers. 1 8 oz block of softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cup of light brown sugar
1/4 cup thick caramel sauce for in the mix
