Lena Dunham and her husband Louis Felber have welcomed their first child, a baby girl, via
surrogate. We've got more on her journey to motherhood in today's Page Six headlines.
The girl's actress revealed the news in an op-ed for Vogue, sharing that she and Felber,
who have been married since September 2021, are now parents.
Dunham said the embryo transfer took place in November, and recalled learning that her
surrogate was pregnant after receiving a photo of a positive pregnancy test.
She said her daughter arrived 13 days past her due date during a solar eclipse
and meteor shower on August 12, and described the moment she first saw her baby in the hospital.
Dunham previously spoke about grieving the possibility of becoming a mother
after undergoing a hysterectomy, but said meeting people who built their
families in different ways helped her become excited about having children her own way.
The couple are currently in the U.S. and are expected to return to their home in North London.
Next, Sean Diddy Combs' attorneys are asking to withdraw from his $100 million
defamation lawsuit, citing unpaid fees and a breakdown in communication.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, lawyer Michael Tremonti claimed Combs
has not paid a substantial balance of attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses for more than six months.
Tremonti also alleged that the representation had become
unreasonably difficult because of Combs' lack of cooperation and communication.
Claiming the rapper had not made himself available for timely,
substantive, and direct communication about his cases for more than four months,
he asked the court to grant the firm's motion to withdraw as Combs' counsel.
Combs, however, told Page Six through a representative that he made the decision
to switch lawyers because he believed he was being overcharged and billed for
expenses he had not approved, calling it strictly a business matter.
The defamation case was initially filed in January 2025
for $50 million and was later amended to seek another $50 million.
Finally, King Charles and Prince William are reportedly united on one point
when it comes to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's return to the UK.
Royal author Russell Myers told People that Charles and William are completely united
on the Sussexes not representing the royal family.
Charles recently referred to Harry and Meghan as private citizens, noting that the couple
stepped down from representative duties on behalf of the sovereign in January 2020.
William has not publicly commented on Harry and Meghan's return or his father's statement,
but Myers said the Prince of Wales believes Charles' relationship with Harry is entirely up to him.
Myers also claimed William would have no relationship with them
in a working or private capacity whatsoever.
The reported divide comes as Harry and Meghan faced several issues during their UK return,
including security concerns and the recent withdrawal of their children from a prep school
after two days over traffic issues.
