20 cm pan
Biscuit:
1 cup kefir (250 g)
1 cup flour (180 g)
1 cup sugar (150 g)
3 eggs
3 tbsp cocoa
4 tbsp vegetable oil
A pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
Cream:
400 g sour cream
1 can boiled condensed milk (380 g)
Icing:
100 g chocolate
3 tbsp vegetable oil
