My Husky Lost Her Mind Over This Water Toy!

It is a beautiful afternoon for pool time, and the Siberian Huskies just received a mysterious surprise gift in the mail from an anonymous friend! We took the mystery water spraying flower toy outside to see how the girls would react. Kira absolutely lost her mind over it and was determined to catch the water, while Eleanor took her time deciding if she wanted to join in the splash zone. We even had to make a quick adjustment with a zip tie to keep the fun going, but it is safe to say Kira has a brand new favorite summer toy!
After testing out the hose toy, Eleanor decided it was finally time to jump in the pool for some laps. Watching her float, relax, and intentionally splash the water to catch the drops is always the best part of summer. Even when a sudden rain shower popped up, we stayed out under the umbrella to enjoy the afternoon. Of course, pool time meant it was time for some massive coat blowing and shedding care afterward!
We wrapped up the day with some home cooked chicken wings, a trip to Brown Trout for local food truck lemonades, a quick visit to the local sulfur spring, and a very unique evening walk. A sudden lightning storm rolled in to finish off the night, making it another memorable day with the pack.
