Everyone thinks it's puff pastry. This is a completely new method. Simple recipe for rolls.

These homemade rolls have a delicate golden brown color on the outside and a soft and airy interior. With a light sweetness and a hint of butter, they truly melt on your tongue. Thanks to the Greek yogurt or sour cream in the dough, you get a particularly delicious texture. Whether for breakfast, as a side dish, or just like that - these rolls are perfect for any occasion. And best of all: they are very easy to prepare, even for beginners!

Recipe:
500-550 g all-purpose flour (4.5 cups).
100 oz 150 g Greek yogurt or sour cream (1/2 cup)
13 g fresh yeast (1/2 oz). 1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar (2 tablespoons)
5 oz 6 g salt (1 teaspoon)
250 ml (1 cup) warm milk
50 g butter (1 1/2 oz)
For the filling:
100 g butter (3 1/2 ounces)
Knead the dough and let it rest for 50-60 minutes.
Form the rolls as shown in the video. Brush with the egg and milk mixture.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30-35 minutes.
