400-450 g wheat flour (3.5 cups).
2 tablespoons of sugar.
13 g fresh yeast (1/2 oz).
200 ml warm water (1 cup).
1 egg yolk.
5-6 g salt (1/2 teaspoon).
30 g butter (1 oz).
For the filling:
150 g butter (4 1/2 oz).
Knead the dough and let it rest for 50-60 minutes.
Shape into tubes, place in the freezer for 30 minutes, then roll out, roll up and place in the freezer for 20 minutes, cut and let rise a little.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes.
