Today I am making perfect daily bread rolls with a very easy no-knead method. They are crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside, and perfect for everyday use. I make them in batches and keep them in the freezer, so fresh homemade bread is always ready.

In this recipe, I use bread flour, instant dry yeast, water, and salt. After mixing the ingredients with a whisk, the dough rests in the refrigerator, then it is folded to build strength and create a light, airy texture. After shaping, the rolls are baked until beautifully golden and crisp.

These bread rolls are easy to make, freezer friendly, and perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simple sandwiches.

Ingredients:
400 g bread flour (strong flour) – 14.11 oz – 3 1/3 US cups
6 g instant dry yeast – 2 tsp
310 ml water – 10.48 fl oz – 1 1/4 US cup + 2 tsp
6 g salt – 1 tsp

Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C / 410°F for 25–30 minutes.
For steam, place a bowl of hot water on the bottom of the oven.

US cup measurement is based on 240 ml.
