RECIPE:
01. 00:00 Oatmeal Cake with Apple!
Oat flakes 100g
milk 150ml.
Let it soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
1 apple.
Stir well.
Dried cranberries 20-30 gr.
Fill with warm water.
Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes.
Raisins 30-40 gr.
Fill with warm water.
Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes.
1 egg.
Stir well.
Honey, 1 tablespoon.
Grind until smooth.
Salt.
1/2 teaspoon of vanillin.
Baking powder 1 tablespoon.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Stir well.
Dry the dried cranberries.
Let the raisins dry.
Add the dried berries to the dough.
1 apple.
Peel and slice.
Juice of 1/2 a lemon.
Scatter the apples so they don't darken.
Place the apples on top.
Honey, 1 tablespoon.
Cook in the oven for 45-50 minutes at a temperature of 180°C (350°F).
Greek yogurt / sour cream 2 tablespoons.
Honey, 1 tablespoon.
Juice of 1/2 a lemon.
Stir well.
Dried apricots 30g.
Fill with hot water and leave for 10 minutes.
Walnut 30 gr.
Chop.
Dry the dried apricots.
Chop.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Oat cake with apples is ready!

3 eggs.
1 cup of rolled oats.
Mix well.
100 ml of water.
Cover and let it steep for 15 minutes.
3 pears.
Peel and chop.
Pour in water.
Bring to a boil.
Juice of half a lemon.
Cook the pears until soft.
The pears are ready!
Grind to a smooth consistency.
The oat flakes have swollen.
Add the pear puree.
1 tsp honey.
Mix well.
60g raisins.
Rinse with water.
Dry with kitchen paper.
Add the raisins.
1 tsp baking powder.
Ginger to taste.
Mix everything well.
Olive oil.
Spread the dough evenly.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 50 minutes.
2-3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt/sour cream.
1 teaspoon of honey.
Walnuts.
Chop.
A very delicious sweet sauce!
