āYogurt without additives or Kefir ā 200 g
āBaking soda ā 1/3 tsp.
āAll-purpose wheat flour ā 500-550 g.
āSalt ā 1/2 tsp.
āSugar ā 1 tsp.
āButter for greasing the dough ā 80-100 g.
āFor greasing the flatbread ā 1 yolk + 1 tbsp. milk.
āFor sprinkling ā 1 tsp. sesame seeds (optional).
āA pinch of love and good mood (mandatory).
š Bake at t 180°C/356 F for about 30-35 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.

Kefir can be replaced with buttermilk or liquid classic yogurt. Butter can be replaced with margarine or vegetable oil.

Instead of baking soda, you can use baking powder.

The thinner you roll out the dough, the better.
