āœ”Yogurt without additives or Kefir — 200 g
āœ”Baking soda — 1/3 tsp.
āœ”All-purpose wheat flour — 500-550 g.
āœ”Salt — 1/2 tsp.
āœ”Sugar — 1 tsp.
āœ”Butter for greasing the dough — 80-100 g.
āœ”For greasing the flatbread — 1 yolk + 1 tbsp. milk.
āœ”For sprinkling — 1 tsp. sesame seeds (optional).
āœ”A pinch of love and good mood (mandatory).
šŸ•’ Bake at t 180°C/356 F for about 30-35 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.

āœ…Kefir can be replaced with buttermilk or liquid classic yogurt. Butter can be replaced with margarine or vegetable oil.
