Stunning Rainbow Jello Fruit Cake 🌈 With Fresh Fruits

Rainbow Fruit Filled Jello Cake! Today we are making an amazing, vibrant Rainbow Fruit Filled Jello Cake. Jamie was joking that I never make him the fun things after I made a Jello cake for the dogs on our main channel, so today we are fixing that! This spectacular layered dessert uses five fruity colors molded perfectly in a cast bundt pan and packed with fresh, real fruit.
Watch as we layer up the colors, handle a quick emergency run to the store after accidentally buying sugar-free Jello, and surprise Jamie with his favorite fresh cherries hidden inside! Plus, you know our sweet dog kitchen helpers can't resist hanging out in the kitchen when the snacks come out. Watch to see which fruit layers Eleanor and Kira love the most!

Tips and Tricks
🍓 Pro Tip: Avoid using fresh kiwis and watermelon for this recipe because they contain enzymes that prevent Jello from setting properly.
🍑 Layering Secret: Make sure each layer is just barely tacky to the touch before adding the next one so they stick together perfectly without bleeding into each other. 10 - 15 minutes in the fridge is all it should need, but it could take up to 30 minutes
🍏 Temperature Control: Use a measuring cup to slowly pour the warm Jello layers over a spoon onto the previous layer so you don't melt the chilled gelatin underneath.
🍒 Customize the Fruit: Feel free to swap out the fruits to match your favorite flavors, like using blackberries instead of cherries, or matching your favorite seasonal fruits.
✨ Easy Release: Lightly spray your bundt pan or Jello mold with coconut oil cooking spray before starting to help your finished cake slide out flawlessly.
❌ Check the Box: Double-check your boxes at the store to ensure you don't accidentally buy zero-sugar or sugar-free Jello if you prefer the standard version!
Kitchen Helpers Highlights
🐾 The second-best kitchen helper ever decided to stroll into the kitchen the second she heard the cooking start, looking for a promotion to head helper while Kira napped like a champion.
🐾 Eleanor and Kira gave the fresh raspberries a firm pass, completely forgetting how to chew them up and spitting them right out.
🐾 Fresh peach slices were a massive hit with the kitchen helpers, earning a flawless review from the girls after a little helper assistance.
🐾 Eleanor and Kira love a good crunch and happily crunched away on some fresh apple slices.
🐾 Kira politely accepted a fresh blueberry, making sure to eat it carefully without making a giant mess on the couch.
🐾 We made sure to properly wash, stem, and pit the fresh cherries so Eleanor and Kira could safely enjoy a couple of bites with us.
🐾 Missing our best kitchen helper ever during our kitchen adventures, but keeping those sweet memories close with every recipe we make.
