2 tbsp sliced almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Beat the eggs with salt and sugar.
2. Add Greek yogurt and melted butter.
3. Gradually add the flour and baking powder.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Line a cake pan with wet parchment paper and pour in the batter.
Prepare the fruit filling:
6. Peel and dice the apple.
7. Dice the peaches.
8. Melt the butter in a pan, add the fruit and sugar.
9. Cook until caramelized, then let cool.
