With just one apple🍎 and one egg🥚 you can make a soft, delicious, and incredibly quick dessert! In just 5 minutes, you'll have a light and wholesome dessert, perfect for breakfast, a snack, or when you're craving something sweet without having to spend hours in the kitchen.🤩

INGREDIENTS 🔻: (24 cm mold)
Apple 🍎
1 tablespoon of sugar
a little cinnamon
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon apricot jam

1 egg
70 g sugar (1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon)
8 g vanilla sugar
Pinch of salt
70 ml Sunflower oil (1/3 cup)
125 g of low-fat plain yogurt (1/2 cup)
zest of a lemon
150 g of 00 flour (1+1/4 cups)
8 g baking powder (1 teaspoon)
Almond granules

🌡️ Cook in a static oven at 180 C° / fan oven at 175 C° for approximately 25 minutes.
