Ingredients and Recipe:
A super simple 100-layer bread
Brilliant filling and the secret with scissors
Water 300 ml (1.5 cups or 10.1 fl. oz.)
Yeast 8 g (2 tsp or 0.3 oz.)
Sugar 20 g (1 tbsp or 0.7 oz.)
1. Mix well
Yogurt 100 ml (0.5 cups or 3.4 fl. oz.)
Butter 40 ml (1/4 cup or 1.4 fl. oz.)
2. Mix well
Flour 600 g (4 cups or 21 oz.)
Salt 1 tsp
3. Mix well
4. Gradually add flour
5. Knead the dough in the bowl
6. Knead the dough on the table for 5–7 minutes
7. Do you like to knead with your hands? Leave a comment!
8. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands
9. Grease a bowl
10. Cover the dough and let it rest for 60 minutes
11. The dough has tripled in volume
12. Weight of the dough: 968 g (34.1 oz.)
13. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts
14. Shape into balls
15. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 15 minutes
16. Roll the dough out to 45 x 50 cm
Soft butter 150 g (1 cup or 5.3 oz.)
17. Spread butter on the dough
18. Cut the dough into 3 strips
19. Layer them on top of each other
20. Cut into 3 pieces and stack them
21. This is a very simple and quick method
22. Place the dough on a wooden board
23. Do the same with the second piece of dough
24. Place the dough in the freezer for 1 hour
25. Prepare the filling
5 pickled cucumbers
26. Cut into small cubes
27. Put in a sieve and squeeze out the juice
5 cloves of garlic
28. 300 g mozzarella (1 cup or 10.6 oz.)
29. Did you know this trick with the grater?
30. Press the garlic into the cucumbers
31. The dough and butter have combined
32. Roll the dough out to 35 x 40 cm
33. Spread the cucumbers with garlic on top
34. Sprinkle the cheese on top
35. Roll the dough into a log
36. Pinch the edges and place on a baking sheet
37. Make cuts with scissors
38. This trick helps the bread to unfold
39. And show all 100 layers along with the filling
40. Follow my lead, it’s going to be a beautiful bread
41. Do the same with the second piece of dough
42. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 40 minutes
43. A very beautiful bread with little butter flakes
44. Beat 1 egg
45. Brush it on top
46. Bake at 180 °C (360 °F) for 30 minutes
47. So appetizing and beautiful! Fresh out of the oven

Mountain herbs 8 g (2 tsp or 0.3 oz.)
1 slice of lemon
4 pieces of apple
Blackcurrants 15 g (1 tbsp or 0.5 oz.)
49. Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 10 minutes
