Recipe and ingredients:
2 cups oats (160 g).
Crush in a blender.

1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon coriander.
2 eggs.
1 cup liquid yogurt.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil.
Sprinkle with a handful of sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
