He went out fishing on a charter today. Guess what we got? Real trout from Lake Huron. Fresh caught today too, Greg. That's never been frozen. He literally brought it into the deli and gave it to us. He actually gave us three bags, so we all get a bag. Look at that! He left the skin on, cause he didn't know how we'd like it. That's fine. So... We'll just cook it with the skin on. We're going to make some fish. You got... Alright, the fish has been seasoned and wrapped in some aluminum foil and is now cooking over the fire. Did you put the cheese on it? No, the cheese goes on it after. Well, yeah... Larry said, just before it's done, you put the cheese on it. Yeah, Larry also gave me his secret recipe for fish. I got a video. Are you videoing?
