You guys have been asking and asking how we load and unload Oakley into the Jeep, so I thought since I had to take her into the vet for a re-check that I would show you! And BEFORE you ask why I don't use the BIG back door. . well Oakley likes to try to jump in on her own before the door gets opened, and has twice before managed to trick me and jump into the door and hit her head. She doesn't do that as much on the side door, so that's the door we use. It's also easier to open the side door, grab her, hook up her leash, and get here out without her trying to get out on her own, then it is using the back door.
Things went well at the vet. She is still having a bit of an issue going to the bathroom so we are going to take her back in for an Upper GI panel just to be safe. She is getting older, so it's something we should do.
Then we headed back home to get ready for the birthday party! My Dad and Rebecca are celebrating birthday's so we had a fun little family gathering. Mike and Britt also joined. Then back home again to see the dogs go crazy! All in all it was a fun day!
