Butter 110g (1/2 cup)
Vegetable oil 30ml (2 tablespoons)
2 Eggs
Plain Flour 200g (1 ⅓ cups)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Plain Yogurt 150g (⅔ cup)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Strawberry Jam/ jelly (optional)
For the crunchy nut topping:
Butter 50g (3 ½ tablespoons)
Brown Sugar 100g (½ cup)
Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
Plain Flour 3 tablespoons
Chopped Nuts 50g (¼ cup)

Powdered Icing 50g
Milk 1-2 tablespoons
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan size 20x20 cm
